Fridgair Industries was engaged to design, supply, install and commission the cold rooms and freezer rooms at the Bright Tank Brewery located in East Perth. This installation included a kitchen coolroom, kitchen freezer room, keg beer coolroom and a bond store coolroom to service the requirements of the kitchen and bar. The installation also included the implementation of a duty stand-by refrigeration system to the bond store coolroom providing backup refrigeration capacity in case of the main system failure.
