Fridgair Industries was engaged to supply, install and commission all remote refrigeration plant servicing the needs of the Novotel Hotel Murray Street Perth.
The project consisted of 7 cold rooms, 2 freezer rooms, and 5 remotely operated refrigerated cabinet systems.
Fridgair Industries was engaged to design, supply, install and commission the cold rooms, freezer rooms and beer chiller at the Boston Brewery located in Victoria Park. This installation included a kitchen coolroom, kitchen freezer room, keg beer coolroom and beer keg chiller system to service the requirements of the kitchen and bar.
Fridgair Industries was engaged to supply, install and commission all remote refrigeration plant servicing the needs of the Ritz Carlton Hotel Perth.
The project consisted of 9 cold rooms, 2 freezer rooms, 2 beer chilling systems and a large range remotely operated refrigerated cabinet systems.
A large portion of the installation is serviced by 2 Lennox chillers which use Glycol as a secondary refrigerant. Glycol is a totally food safe, non hazardous liquid which is mixed with tap water, chilled in a glycol chiller unit and pumped around a closed loop to all refrigerated spaces (cool rooms, fridges etc). The project consisted of 6 cold rooms, 2 freezer rooms, 2 beer chilling systems and 7 remotely operated Skope refrigerated cabinet systems.
The installation made use of of Industry leading Bitzer German made “Eco-line Compressors”, Buffalo Trident EVD Evaporators made locally in Melbourne, Australia and Carel Ultracella Digital Temperature Controls.
Fridgair Industries was engaged to design, supply, install and commission the cold rooms and freezer rooms at the Ingot Hotel in Belmont, Perth. This installation included 7 cold rooms and 1 freezer room to service the requirements of the hotels kitchen and bars.
Fridgair Industries worked alongside a transportable manufacturer to custom design and build a cold room which could be transported in two halves to a remote mine camp without any onsite commissioning required.
Project featured an 8 door glass insert servicing a bar, a pallet jack rated floor and two large sliding entry doors.

Fridgair Industries was engaged to design, supply, install and commission the cold rooms and freezer rooms at the Bright Tank Brewery located in East Perth. This installation included a kitchen coolroom, kitchen freezer room, keg beer coolroom and a bond store coolroom to service the requirements of the kitchen and bar. The installation also included the implementation of a duty stand-by refrigeration system to the bond store coolroom providing backup refrigeration capacity in case of the main system failure.
