Salad Factory

Our installation of a salad processing factory. Consisting of 3 rack systems, 2 cold storage rooms, 2 large open prep areas designed to run at 10 degrees celcius. Also installed was a chilled water tank supplying water at 2 degrees celcuius to 2 salad wash tanks.
