Fish market
Our installation of a fish market that sells fresh and frozen seafood to the public. An excellent example of our ability to provide a functional solution for displaying frozen produce. 3 large display freezer rooms with glass door inserts show off all of the frozen produce on offer. In the centre of the room are refrigerated glass display ice beds used to display fresh produce. Refrigerated to 1 degree celcius keeps the product cool and minimizes the ammount of ice lost.
In the rear of the shop we have installed 2 freezer rooms and a coolroom for storage. Also pictured are two flaked ice machines with custom built ice bins for maximum storage of ice. This installation shows our ability to supply cold storage, freezer storage and ice production.
